STAR GOAL

In term 4 i will get 100 in basic facts in 1:30.I will achieve this because i will practise for 10 minutes a day

term 3 evaluation

My term 3 goal was:To get 12 out of 12 in spelling                                                                                     I did not succeed                                                                                                                                                i feel this way because i did not get 12 out of 12 once                                                                                something i want to improve on next term is spelling                                                                               The thing i enjoyed most was olympic day because it was very sporty.                                                    something i learnt in term 3 was that everything counts                                                                            

k.i.s roadshow

Today k.i.s [Kamo intermediate school]came to Hurupaki to perform all sorts of amazing acts.My favourite part was the Kapa Haka.I also liked all the crack up jokes they told.I thought they were incredibly funny and i reckon i will use them a lot around school. BY DION

"The Dot"

These are some podcasts that some children made when they read the book "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. This was a good way for the children to practise using expression in their reading. Using the computer allowed them to listen to themselves talking and make improvements each time they recorded a different part of the story.
